The Echoes from AEFJN No. 30 - July August 2016 are now available online. By the Joint Africa -EU-Strategy, the heads of states of the African Union and the EU intend to adopt a 3-years action plan on energy and climate change and many other issues. This Action plan misses to promote satisfying rural development, development-friendly trading and sustainable and decentralised energy supply.
At the EU-Africa Summit in Lisbon towards the end of 2007, African and European government heads adopted a joint strategy and action plans for a true partnership named Africa-EU Partnership.
